Heel and Balance provides the tranquility and the means to relax, re-balance and heal. Everyone is in a different place on their life journey, whether its a need to destress from work or family life, concentrate on optimum physical health for fitness, improve or manage a medical condition, become pregnant, sail through maternity or age gracefully (but perhaps outrageously?!). Treatments are individually tailored to suit the requirements of each person. I specialise in Women's Health, particularly in support of stress, fertility, maternity and menopause.
My Treatment Room is located in Churchdown, Gloucester, GL3 2EN.
Therapies offered include Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and Indian Head Massage.

Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology works in the same way as traditional foot reflexology, but the reflexes worked are on the face.
As we are working nearer to the brain it is particularly good for support with migraines, stress, TMJ, sinusitis and it promotes a wonderful sense of wellbeing. Working on the skin also brings a fabulous glow to the face leaving you looking rebalanced and refreshed.
